Poultry Patrol / yt_stream
Application overview

Livestream operations, kept private.

yt_stream is Poultry Patrol’s private tool for managing livestreams on its authorized YouTube channels.

What the application does

The application sends encoder video to YouTube and uses the YouTube Data API to coordinate broadcasts. It finds configured streams, creates and binds broadcasts, starts and completes live sessions, removes conflicting unstarted broadcasts, and adds broadcasts to configured playlists.

The inspected broadcast configuration creates private broadcasts. Visibility and access to recordings are managed through YouTube and the operator’s settings.

Who it is for

Use is limited to Poultry Patrol’s authorized operators and equipment. This website is an informational resource; it does not offer public registration, a livestream player, or access to the application.

Why YouTube authorization is needed

An authorized channel owner grants permission through Google. The automation requests the YouTube account management permission to perform its broadcast and playlist operations, then uses saved credentials to continue operating without repeated interactive sign-in.

The automation runs on operator-controlled machines. This website does not request, receive, or store YouTube authorization credentials.
